We are seeking an experienced and proactive Structured Financing Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the financing industry and a strong background in managing relationships and executing origination, distribution, and loan documentation processes. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Update and report on the structured financing market, including sponsor activities, transactions, and market trends.
• Identify and follow potential deals for origination.

Origination:

• Support in acquiring mandates from sponsors, borrowers, and Mandated Lead Arrangers (MLAs).
• Coordinate and review due diligence with advisors in various fields.
• Build and negotiate loan terms and conditions with stakeholders.
• Prepare internal approval processes for loan transactions.
• Assist with loan documentation.

Distribution:

• Identify potential counterparties for asset distribution.
• Support counterparties in taking over financial assets.

Other Responsibilities:

• Report on ad-hoc management requirements related to the above roles.
• Share knowledge and skills among team members.
• Provide general support to the team as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking or financing industry, including at least 3 years in a relationship management role.
• Strong ability to proactively identify and schedule tasks to meet job requirements.
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of industries and the economic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Numerate, analytical, and meticulous in work.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations in Singapore and the ASEAN region.
