Job description

Role Responsibilties:

• Lead and support the full lifecycle of debt financing and refinancing transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and legal documentation.
• Track portfolio performance and financial covenants, offering strategic insights to inform capital planning.
• Maintain and grow relationships with a broad network of international lenders through effective day-to-day engagement.
• Develop and deliver materials for lender communications, such as pitch presentations, financial models, and performance updates.
• Perform in-depth market research and monitor regulatory and industry developments across Southeast Asia.
• Assist with international expansion efforts as needed, providing analytical and operational support.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in structured finance, debt advisory, or credit risk
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bonus: exposure to legal/tax structuring and Southeast Asian markets
