Job Description & Requirements

• Commercial & Residential building design experience.

• Well-versed knowledge in Eurocode building design.

• Periodic structural inspection and Periodic facade inspection experience as per BCA requirement

• Candidates with knowledge of design and analysis of structures software ( STAAD PRO, PROKON, PLAXIS, MIDAS, REVIT, etc)

• Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing Euro codes and standards.

• Coordination with Authorities for plan submission and approval

• Experience in Tender document review & Document preparation

• Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents.

* Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Able to work independently as well as in a team to meet tight project deadlines

• Coordinate with authorities and client for their queries and clarification

• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
