Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in construction-related or civil engineering field.
• Knowledge of structural steel is beneficial.
• Familiar with construction trades and architectural joinery basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings; produce as-built drawings.
• Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques.
• Assist in quantity surveying duties including pre/post contract tasks, take-off quantities, cost control, variations, tender admin and procurement.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers.
