Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to design and develop civil and structural aspects of our building construction project.
Prepare detailed CBP drawings within stipulated timeline, conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies to ensure the viability and compliance of engineering designs.
Responsible for design reviews, design coordination, and interface coordination with various stakeholders including client, consultant, and briefing to site team and subcontractors.
Understand project requirements and obtain necessary approvals; support chronology design event for the VO and EOT due to changes.
Involve in technical discussions with clients and suppliers and provide technical support.
Assist PE in carrying out building and facade/canopy/Link-way/GFRC inspections and technical matters.
Participate in the value engineering process to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.
Coordinate with various parties related to the project including liaising with drafters on the deliverables.
Manage and ensure design schedule and submission according to deadlines.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the design and development of building projects.
Strong technical proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, engineering analysis tools, and project management software.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
