Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum 3 years as Structural Design Engineer or related role on condo projects.
Proficient with structural analysis software (ACAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro).
Familiar with URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks requirements.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate structural drawings and ensure constructability and schedule alignment.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and M&E engineers to resolve issues.
Assist with approvals to authorities and track submission statuses.
Provide technical support to site team on structural matters.
Maintain documentation of design changes and site instructions.
Coordinate BIM drawings and identify clashes using Revit/Navisworks/Enscape.
Compile and hand over as-built BIM model/drawings at project completion.
