Qualifications

• Pursuing university degree in Accountancy with demonstrated interest.
• Demonstrated passion and strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to interpret financial and non-financial information.

Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve strategic goals in acquisitions or divestments.
• Advise during due diligence to identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance.
• Work with EY service teams to deliver an integrated service to clients.
• Collaborate on cross-border assignments with EY offices worldwide.
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and deal valuation.
• Perform industry and company research using online tools and public information.
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
