Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

1. Work with the Head of Lending Solutions to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SME lending solutions.
2. Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and launch impactful product features.
4. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
5. Ensure that lending solutions align with the company’s broader growth objectives and risk framework.
6. Assist in preparing business cases to support strategic initiatives.
7. Identify new market segments and potential partnerships that enhance the lending portfolio.
8. Support the team in preparing presentation materials for internal discussions, senior management updates, and external stakeholders.

Operational & Executional Excellence

1. Support end-to-end product implementation, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
2. Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements to maintain product integrity.
3. Streamline internal processes and drive operational efficiency across teams.
4. Organize stakeholder meetings and track key deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 1-2 years of work experience in product management, finance, or related fields is a plus.
2. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Basic understanding of financial statements.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
7. Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is a bonus.
8. Interest or experience in fintech, SME lending, or financial services is a plus.
