About the Role

  • Drive the GTM motion for Aspire at a global scale to deliver on 2030 strategy.
  • Collaborate with Aspire’s growth and product leaders to operationalise GTM strategy.
  • Run key GTM projects end-to-end like pricing strategy to deliver growth targets.
  • Design and constantly improve the GTM playbook for Aspire.
  • Provide timely guidance and direction to senior leadership on key GTM challenges and solutions to be implemented.
  • Build program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of global stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are analytical - You can create & clearly communicate strategies and support it with data.
  • You are a true owner - You are detail oriented, and know your projects in depth while also being able to understand strategic priorities and connecting the dots with business goals.
  • You are resourceful - You may have never faced a problem before, but you will find a solution.
  • You are hungry to drive change - You have a positive attitude, you are self-motivated, hands-on, and ready to learn; Startup life is not always the easiest, but at least you make it fun.
  • You have strong communication skills - You can communicate very well on the phone and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders. Your communication is clear, concise and professional.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in building and delivering GTM strategy for financial services or other tech-driven products and services.
