Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in day-to-day business operations and coordination activities.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and follow‑up across different business functions.
• Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare presentations or reports for business initiatives.
• Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
• Assist in tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
