Job summary

Audax is seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Associate in Singapore to support the Chief of Staff, driving strategic initiatives, governance, and operational excellence across corporate functions.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage plans and milestones, prepare executive materials, and identify efficiency improvements, with exposure to HR, Finance or Technology operations and AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, business operations or corporate functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing executive presentations.
• Strong analytical capability.
• Exposure to HR, Finance or Technology operations preferred.
• Experience with AI, project management and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and governance across corporate functions.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks and cross-functional workstreams; escalate where needed.
• Coordinate governance processes and executive reporting across the Chief of Staff portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational efficiency and standardise procedures.
• Provide research, business case development, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate dependencies and deliverable timelines; manage portfolio-level communications.

What You’ll Do

The Strategy & Business Operations Associate supports the Chief of Staff in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence and business governance across corporate functions. The role ensures that key projects, executive priorities and operational improvements are delivered on time through strong project management, analysis, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement. The role acts as the central coordinator across People, Legal, Business Admin, EUC and other corporate initiatives, ensuring decisions are translated into execution.

• Strategic Project Management
  • Support delivery of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Chief of Staff: Managing project plans and timelines; Tracking milestones and risks; Coordinating cross-functional workstreams; Escalating matters.
  • Example of projects include - Organisation-wide transformation projects such as AI and automation initiatives, HR transformation, Operational excellence programmes, Policy implementation, Governance initiatives.
• Governance, Executive Reporting & Operating Rhythm
  • Coordinate the governance processes across the Chief of Staff portfolio.
  • Responsibilities include Organisation-level meeting preparation including Board matters/ papers, meeting agendas and quarterly organisation OKR reviews, Productivity reporting.
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve organisational efficiency – Solving pain-points across workstreams, Support system implementations; Drive automation opportunities; Standardise operating procedures.
• Research & Strategic Support
  • Support the Chief of Staff through Industry research;
  • Business case development; Presentation materials.
• Cross-functional Coordination
  • Working across the function under the CoS portfolio, you will coordinate dependencies, track progress and deliverable timelines, ensure accountability and manage portfolio level communications.

Who You Are

• You have 2–5 years in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, business operations or corporate functions
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience preparing executive presentations
• Strong analytical capability
• Preferred Exposure to HR, Finance or Technology operations
• Experience with AI, project management and business intelligence tools.
