Job description

    We are looking for a high-caliber Strategy & Initiatives Lead to join our central Strategy team at Broadway. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems, analyzing data, and bringing structure to ambiguity. You will work closely with the Founders, Business Heads, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, implement change, and unlock growth opportunities across our retail store formats. This is not a passive role. Think of it as an in-house consulting position, but one that doesn't just stop at the deck you'll own the execution too.Support leadership in framing and refining Broadway's store-led growth strategy through data-driven insights, business cases, and hypothesis-driven thinking.Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from problem framing and solution design to rollout and post-launch review.Analyze internal and external data to surface trends, assess performance, and recommend actions. Work with Business Intelligence/Analytics teams to enable real-time dashboards and reporting.Lead new experiments at store level from launching new categories, formats, or operational changes and scale what works.Act as a bridge between Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and Tech. Collaborate deeply with store teams to ensure on-ground alignment.Own and drive ad-hoc strategic projects that demand fast thinking and a bias for action from competitive benchmarking to operational transformation.We are looking for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, program management, or startup leadership programs. Strong problem-solving skills with structured thinking and analytical rigor are required. Experience with dashboards, business case modeling, and presenting to senior leadership is preferred. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multitask, and manage multiple stakeholders is essential. A builder's mindset with a strong sense of ownership, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach is desired. Experience in or passion for retail, consumer, or omnichannel businesses is a bonus.Preferred background includes an undergraduate degree from a Tier-1 institution; an MBA or equivalent is a plus. Prior experience in firms like Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or in-house strategy roles at consumer-first companies is preferred.,
