  • Build concise playbooks for priority verticals (real estate, manufacturing, transport).
  • Craft sharp, AI‑ and IoT‑focused narratives that sales teams can deploy to prove ROI and decarbonization impact.
• Knowledge Management & Best‑Practice Sharing
  • Stand up a living repository of case studies, battle cards, and post‑project learnings.
  • Run quick‑hit “lunch‑and‑learns” and newsletters to keep global teams current and aligned.
• Market Intel Briefs (≈20 % of time)
  • Distill policy shifts, competitor moves, and tech trends into two‑page exec briefs.
• Project Rhythm Support (as needed)
  • Own agendas, notes, and action tracking for high‑stakes strategy sprints.
