Job summary

Klick Group seeks a Strategy Director to develop and deliver integrated brand, omnichannel, and customer experience strategies for regional and global healthcare clients. The role partners with Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, and PM teams to translate complex challenges into actionable strategic direction.

The candidate will apply data insights, behavioural science, and AI-enabled approaches to strengthen strategic recommendations and support growth across life sciences brands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical and life sciences strategy.
• Experience developing integrated brand, omnichannel, and customer experience strategies for regional or global clients.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, Science & Regulatory, and Project Management to deliver integrated strategic recommendations.
• Experience contributing to healthcare or life sciences new business pitches and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated brand, omnichannel, customer experience, and communications strategies across healthcare and life sciences engagements for regional and global clients.
• Lead client workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders, developing recommendations that inform brand, customer experience, and commercial plans.
• Partner with Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, Science & Regulatory, and Project Management to connect commercial objectives with strategic guidance.
• Apply data, insights, behavioural science, and AI-enabled approaches to strategic planning to strengthen recommendations.
