Job summary

Klick is seeking a Strategy Director to lead integrated brand and omnichannel strategies across healthcare engagements for regional and global clients. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex commercial challenges into actionable strategic direction and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical and consumer health strategy, life sciences consulting, or integrated agency strategy.
• Experience developing integrated brand, omnichannel, commercialisation, customer experience, or communications strategies for healthcare brands.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, strategic planning sessions, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, Science & Regulatory, and Project Management to deliver integrated strategic recommendations.
• Experience contributing to healthcare or life sciences new business pitches and organic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated brand, omnichannel, customer experience, and communications strategies across HCP and consumer audiences.
• Support brand planning sessions, content and activation strategy planning for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to connect commercial objectives with scientific context and creative execution.
• Apply data and behavioural science, emerging trends, and AI-enabled approaches to identify opportunities and strengthen recommendations.
