Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse, international teams while delivering practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in strategy consulting, commodity markets, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with clients or senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English with clear communication of recommendations.
• Ability to work across diverse, distributed teams.
• Interest in commodity markets, trading, data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined workstreams across strategy and transformation engagements.
• Conduct market, competitor, commercial, financial, and operational analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Support client interviews, workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Work on commodity market strategy, trading and risk management, portfolio optimisation, operating models and technology transformation.
• Develop business cases, market assessments, scenario analyses and commercial evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Use digital, analytics and AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research and delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, market research, thought leadership and practice development.
