Job Description:

Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Compensation: Basic + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with other department teams to develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities.
• Engage with Singapore and regional government and non-governmental agencies.
• Provide periodic reports.

Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Engage with potential business partners, vendors, and investors.
• Develop full business plans, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Able to understand financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Assess the financial viability of potential projects and investments.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive business development initiatives.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in strategy development, business planning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Experience in working with senior management and boards of directors.
• Experience working in the consulting & analytical industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
