Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Within Global Partnerships (GP), the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. The Business Operations and Strategy (BizOps) team supports and improves ongoing operations in areas such as Sales tools and processes, business agreements, learning and development, Sales enablement services, and vendor management. We equip the business for future success by driving strategic planning and decision making and by managing projects and key initiatives to accelerate growth.

As part of the Sellside BizOps team, you will own and optimize projects, tools and processes as part of our Sales and Business operations. You will work with stakeholders across Sales and other functions in APAC and other regions, generate actionable insights, identify opportunities and save time for our Sales teams. You'll contribute to various functions, such as supporting go-to-market strategies for our competitive narratives, improving the process to gather and use competitive intel, or rolling out global workstreams to APAC stakeholders.

Job responsibilities
  • Coordinate global go-to-market strategy for Apps with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Go-To-Market.
  • Refine and roll out the market intelligence collection process, establishing effective feedback loops in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Envision, scope, document, lead and execute regional and global strategic projectsand planning for APAC Sellside.
  • Build trusted relationships with Sales leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders to effectively advise on shaping the Apps value proposition strategy and operations that will drive business growth and deliver on OKRs.
  • Own a piece of our Sales Operations, driving continuous improvement in existing processes and programs, and optimize communication to distributed stakeholders across Sellside. Define, set, and track metrics, create and document structure, processes, and best practices, craft and deliver executive-level documentation and presentations, and prepare, lead and moderate effective meetings.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience working with Sellside’s product suite, especially AdMob or other mediation platforms.
  • Experience in process, project, or program management.
  • Experience in data and spreadsheet analysis (e.g., examination of large data sets, generating insights/conclusions, and revealing important facts/trends).
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and analytical skills.
