Our client, a renowned food trading firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Strategy and M&A Analyst (Agri Food).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic initiatives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor positioning, and industry developments, with a focus on the food ingredients and packaging sectors.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support: Identify potential acquisition opportunities, conduct preliminary evaluations, assist with due diligence, and contribute to post-merger integration strategies.
• Innovation & Growth Strategy: Explore new business models, market expansion opportunities, and strategies for product and service innovation.
• Executive Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, or consulting (experience in M&A is highly desirable).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$14,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
