- Assist in the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and manufacturing pain points. Engage with both internal and external parties (customers, conferences)
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric designs and value propositions.
- Support the creation and execution of business model innovation strategies.
- Help with ROI analysis, resource allocation, and budgeting for various business initiatives.
- Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ideation and rapid prototyping of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies within manufacturing and supply chain.
- Cooperate with development team to perform analysis on current supply chain data to identify trend and issues, make proposal for improvements.
- Support the planning of the supply chain activities and the supply chain applications systems for the department.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Min 3 years experience working as a functional or business analyst.
- Foundational knowledge of business model innovation, market analysis, and value proposition development would be advantageous.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
