Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) invites an Assistant Manager (SPA) to collaborate with the SGN team on strategy development and data analytics. You will coordinate workplans, track corporate KPI performance and produce actionable insights.

You will work with stakeholders to translate priorities into initiatives, and help shape SGN’s long-term relevance and impact. A strong analytical mindset and Excel/Tableau proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Intellectually curious with ability to research unfamiliar subjects.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Python is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of agency and ownership over workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SGN’s strategy, planning and analytics workstreams, include enviromental scanning and KPI monitoring.
• Develop strategy papers, dashboards and management presentations.
• Analyze data to surface trends, performance gaps and actionable insights.
• Support cross-functional projects and translate insights into recommendations.
• Coordinate across SGN, EDB and other agencies to implement solutions.
