Role Overview

Seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with experience in consulting or a fast-paced strategic environment, looking to make an impact within a business-focused, end-user-driven organization.

The Strategy Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the organization, including market assessments, internal performance reviews, business case development, and executive-level presentations. This role requires strong financial modelling skills, familiar with working around large data sets, the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies.
  • Conduct detailed market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making, business cases, and investment proposals.
  • Prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations and strategy documents for the executive team and board-level communication.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and strong communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor strategic project performance and support tracking of KPIs and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, business case development, and quantitative analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to end-user industries (e.g., consumer, retail, tech, healthcare, etc.) is advantageous.
