Seagate Singapore International Headquarters Pte. Ltd. seeks a Strategy AI Developer to design, build, and support AI-enabled applications that strengthen research, analysis, and decision-making within corporate development and strategy.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, data, and business strategy, partnering with strategy and corporate development professionals. You will design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications, build AI agents connected

Qualifications

PhD or Master’s with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with 4+ years in a technical field.
Proven Python development experience in professional projects.
Hands-on AI/agent development or automation experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, or enterprise deployment is preferred.
Exposure to corporate strategy, competitive intelligence, or business analysis is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications for research automation and strategic analysis.
Build and maintain AI agents that connect to data sources and automate workflows.
Develop data pipelines for structured and unstructured data used by strategy tools.
Apply RAG, MCP, LLMs, and agent frameworks to business use cases.
Prototype, evaluate feasibility, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Monitor performance and ensure testing, access controls, and governance.
