Reporting to the deputy head, you will connect Singapore enterprises with expert innovation advisors to co-create tailored strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and tech adoption. The role combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership across diverse industries.

Description

• Drive Business Growth: Engage with local enterprises to understand their needs and design tailored innovation advisory solutions.
• Lead Projects End-to-End: Scope, manage, and deliver innovation projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are met.
• Manage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and a network of expert Innovation Advisors.
• Grow the Advisor Network: Identify, on-board, and engage Innovation Advisors aligned with project opportunities.
• Support Branding & Operations: Contribute to marketing efforts and internal initiatives that enhance visibility and operational efficiency.

Profile

• Strategic and business-savvy: At least 7 years of experience in innovation, strategy, or business development, with a strong grasp of tech trends and SME needs.
• Collaborative Leader: Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage clients, guide advisors, and drive cross-functional projects.
• Agile and impact-drive: Thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through innovation.
