About The Role
This position will be based in our Singapore office located in Kallang Bahru.
We are seeking someone with a strategic and creative mindset to develop compelling campaign proposals that align with client objectives.
You will be responsible for developing insights-driven campaign strategies and designing impactful, measurable, integrated campaigns that drive business growth and engage our audience.
What You Will Do
- Develop full-fledged campaign proposals that align with the client’s overall strategy and objectives.
- Ensure proposals produced are of the highest quality and in line with company standards.
- You will help clients to analyze their business landscape and challenges to observe and recognise patterns that identify trends and inform key insights.
- Build strong relationships with key clients while deepening their knowledge of interactive marketing.
- Develop forward-thinking strategic POVs on emerging trends and platforms.
- Identify proactive moments or ideas that a brand can opportunistically activate on.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account management, media planning and buying, and project management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Use data and insights to inform campaign strategy, ideas and plans including performance optimisation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices.
- Participate in new business pitches.
The Successful Candidate Should Have
- At least 5-7 years of planning experience in an agency environment and/or working with developing insights, leading cultural trends, and driving big ideas for integrated campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media strategy and integrated communications.
- Is naturally curious and loves to explore and nurture intellect.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch ideas to clients.
- Articulate and concise with the written word. You are able to make ideas come to life even when limited to just words.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize campaign strategy.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
