Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workforce Development Engineer to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that enhance company-wide technical skills.

You will lead efforts to assess skill gaps, design effective training, and deploy AI-enabled programs, working with global partners to elevate capability and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to engage learners and deliver knowledge effectively to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and training techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; can work with diverse groups.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and identify skill gaps to drive competency development.
• Design and deliver technical training using effective instructional design principles.
• Develop training materials and update course content for AI competencies.
• Measure training effectiveness through metrics and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global Workforce Development partners and external organizations.
