Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks an Analyst for a 12-month contract at Changi Business Park to lead end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) processes, bridging business stakeholders, control functions, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Third-Party Risk Management, Business Analysis, or Operational Risk.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of vendors in line with TPRM framework and regulatory standards.
• Own the preparation of audit-ready Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documentation.
• Use BA techniques to elicit and structure business requirements from service owners/SMEs.
• Coordinate structured review sessions with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Data Privacy.
• Translate SME input into precise risk documentation and governance materials.
• Create compelling presentation decks for Risk Committees and Board approvals.
