Job summary

Vanguard Software Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the roadmap and delivery of Vanguard’s software and platform products. You will turn customer, market, and commercial needs into clear priorities, feasible product scope, and measurable outcomes.

Working with the Business Product Manager and Engineering, you will balance customer value, technical feasibility, delivery speed, operational readiness, and sustainable cost.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Engineering, Product Design, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with software-product roadmaps and delivery.
• Ability to translate business goals into software products.
• Understanding of lifecycle management, backlog, release planning.
• Technical fluency to work with backend, frontend, QA, operations, and platform engineering.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across locations.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for existing and upcoming software/platform products.
• Translate market, customer, competitor, and business inputs into feasible product priorities and scope.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Align Engineering, QA, Design, Operations, and stakeholders on priorities, requirements, and launch readiness.
• Define and track product success metrics and support continuous improvement.
