You will shape technology direction, solution architecture, engineering governance, and delivery of large-scale projects, collaborating with customers, partners and internal teams. The role requires a proven track record in security systems, automation, cloud and data platforms, and multidisciplinary programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related discipline.
• Experience leading technical delivery across complex programs and translating business requirements into robust solutions.
• Expertise spanning physical security platforms, infrastructure, cloud/data platforms, cybersecurity, and systems integration.

Responsabilités

• Define technology roadmaps and end-to-end solution architectures while establishing standards and governance.
• Lead technical and design reviews for projects and tenders, overseeing complex deliveries and managing risks.
• Engage in pre-sales and customer engagements, shaping solutions for opportunities and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor architects, technical leads and engineers to strengthen capabilities and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve standardization, cost effectiveness and technical performance.
