This is an ideal role for those with a passion for talent acquisition, strategic consulting, and people development.

What You’ll Do:
  • Executive Search: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from research, market mapping, sourcing, interviewing to offer negotiation – for senior to C-suite level roles.
  • Consulting & Research: Support client presentations and talent advisory by conducting industry research, analyzing talent trends, and preparing slides for meetings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and talent gaps. Act as a trusted advisor in recommending the right people strategy.
  • Candidate Consultation: Provide meaningful career insights and coaching to candidates in your specialization areas.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pool through ongoing networking and market intelligence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business consulting, or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable speaking with both candidates and corporate stakeholders.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and curious – someone who enjoys research and uncovering insights.
