• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and identify candidates.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback to smooth the process.
• Manage candidate communications and salary discussions.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment documentation.
• Support referral initiatives, reference checks and pre-employment activities.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and HR projects as required.
