Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across two entities. The role focuses on MPS planning, customer service, production planning, MRP, purchasing and warehouse management, driving strategy and KPIs to ensure brisk delivery and efficient working capital.

The position requires a strong leadership track record, deep ERP experience (Navision preferred), and the ability to align supply chain activities with the company’s strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain management, mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• APICS certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of planning and supply chain experience; at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain across two entities, including MPS planning, customer service, production planning, MRP, purchasing and warehouse management.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategy, department KPIs and operational plans in alignment with goals and annual business plan.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure cost-effective performance, on-time delivery, production continuity and inventory accuracy.
• Plan and manage inventory, procurement and warehouse operations to optimise working capital and material availability.
