MR.K TASTY HOT PTE. LTD. is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager in Singapore to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand the customer base. You will design strategic plans and justify them to upper management while mentoring staff and monitoring performance.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and market insight, with the ability to manage targets, forecasts, and partnerships, all while thriving under pressure and within opening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as sales representative or sales manager with targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops and conferences.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry knowledge.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures; work under pressure.
• Willingness to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Implementing new sales plans.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
