Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is seeking a proactive member for the ANS Safety Division under the Safety Partnership team. The role champions strategic initiatives to uphold and enhance a positive safety culture across operational partnerships.

You will lead collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners to drive continuous improvement in safety standards and cultivate a strong safety culture within ANSG.

Qualifications

• Air Navigation Services experience is required.
• Knowledge of ICAO Standards and aviation regulatory requirements is essential.
• Experience with safety management systems and safety performance monitoring is expected.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills for cross-agency collaboration are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational safety partnership initiatives to enhance safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote best practices in safety standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to address safety challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance to the Safety Partnership - Operations for alignment with goals.
• Drive development of safety partnership programs leveraging industry best practices.
