Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Singapore is seeking a Property Manager to support retail expansion and portfolio management across our store network. The role oversees the entire real estate process, from site evaluation to lease administration, renewals and landlord relationships.

You will identify potential locations, conduct market research, manage lease activities, and support negotiations with landlords. The job also covers budgeting, ROI analysis and reporting on property pipeline and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of property management experience.
• Experience with landlords, developers and property consultants.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable lease terms.
• Budgeting, cost management and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential retail locations and support site evaluation activities.
• Manage lease activities including new leases, renewals and relocations.
• Support lease negotiations with landlords and property representatives.
• Coordinate lease documentation and work with legal on agreements.
• Provide updates on property pipeline, negotiations, and site progress.
• Monitor property KPIs and maintain property records and reports.
