Qualifications

• Meticulous and pay close attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective and understanding the broader operating context.
• Experience in resource management, manpower planning, governance and organisation structures is a plus but not required.
• Exercise sound judgement to evaluate manpower and establishment requests.
• Balance organisation needs with HTX pillars and requirements.
• Demonstrate tenacity and rigor in transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Home Team’s operating context, challenges and constraints; harmonise efforts across Home Team Departments and agencies.
• Work closely with Senior Management on resource allocation.
• Provide sound recommendations to HTX senior management to shape the Home Team Transformation with limited resources.
• Conduct trade‑off analysis to develop S&T strategies and processes for HTX.
• Assess manpower requests and make justified recommendations to Senior Management.
• Maintain an overview of manpower establishment and organisational structure matters and assist governance processes.
• Participate in job evaluation exercises to establish job grades during restructurings.
