Job description
Overview

Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.

The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network of over 1,800,000 Guidepoint Advisors, determining which ones are best suited to speak with the client.

This is a long-term recruiting role and does not follow the typical career progression into Project Management.

You will be based in Singapore but working for Project Managers in Sydney office, so your working hours are aligned with the Sydney timezone.

Responsibilities
  • Understand each client’s research questions and identify the most suitable experts.
  • Source and recruit new experts into the Guidepoint network.
  • Screen experts to determine suitability for specific client projects and develop professional profiles to present to clients.
  • Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying client project requests.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify the best experts to answer clients’ strategic or investment questions.
  • Identify leads and invite them to join the network to participate in consultations with clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars
