Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field; MBA/CFA advantageous.
5–8 years in corporate development, M&A, or real estate investment/ development.
Experience with property acquisitions, joint ventures or portfolio transactions.

Responsibilities

Identify and screen potential acquisition targets across land parcels, assets, and development sites.
Build and maintain a pipeline through brokers, agents, and direct landowner/developer relationships.
Track market trends, comparables, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.
Coordinate end-to-end due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
Draft and review term sheets, LOIs, and investment/board papers.
