Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in cost estimation, quotations, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with reading and interpreting drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, specs, and drawings to prepare quotations.
• Evaluate material costs, labor, and production processes for pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement for cost-effective solutions.
• Review RFQs and assess feasibility based on capabilities.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing proposals.
• Ensure compliance with standards, quality, and company policies in cost estimation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain and update quotation database with pricing records.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing on materials and services.
• Support sales with technical pricing insights and justifications.
• Track quotations and push to convert into orders.
