A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage strategic programs and support the CEO. The role requires coordinating initiatives, monitoring financial workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met. Ideal candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree, strong program management skills, and experience in finance transformation. This position offers a chance to contribute to impactful health initiatives.
1. Strategic Programme Management
- Coordinate the implementation of the 3-Year Strategic Plan across key domains: Advocacy & Learning, Stakeholder Engagement, GKKH + Dialysis Centres, Shared Services.
- Maintain a central tracker of timelines, budgets, KPIs, and risks across all initiatives.
- Work with business unit leads to ensure milestones are achieved and bottlenecks are addressed proactively.
2. CEO Support & Reporting
- Support the CEO in driving cross-functional accountability and tracking high-priority initiatives.
- Prepare quarterly updates, dashboards, and board-level reporting materials.
- Facilitate strategic planning and review meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-ups.
3. Timeline, Target & Budget Integrity
- Monitor execution across departments to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on target, and on budget.
- Track key deliverables such as website revamp, Kidney Care pilots, vertical farming at GKKH, and NotebookLM implementation.
4. Finance Workflow Transformation
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline core finance workflows such as reconciliation, month-end close, AP/AR, and reporting.
- Conduct research, evaluation, and testing of cloud-based and AI-driven solutions to improve financial operations and scalability.
- Analyse current (as-is) finance processes and propose enhancements for future (to-be) workflows that are efficient, adaptable, and aligned with KidneySG's growth.
5. Systems & Adoption
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Finance, IT) and external vendors to manage project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure system and workflow changes are clearly communicated across teams.
- Develop training content and lead sessions to onboard users to new tools, systems, and best practices.
- Improve visibility and accuracy of management reporting by enhancing access to timely and reliable financial data.
6. Change & Risk Management
- Identify cultural or operational resistance that may hinder project implementation.
- Support the CEO in fostering a collaborative, mission-driven, and integrated-thinking culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CPA is a plus.
