Job summary

TANSIN ENGINEERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects within defined timelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-departmental teams to achieve strategic business goals. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in budgeting, risk management and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Create comprehensive project plans with tasks, milestones, and timelines for communication with clients and internal teams.
• Delegate tasks to project team members, including coordinators and assistant project managers.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to ensure completion within approved budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and set SMART goals.
• Produce detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and project status for clients and executives.
• Communicate proactively project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Evaluate quality of work products using feedback or inspections.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze successful and unsuccessful elements for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to meet milestones and uphold quality standards.
• Manage high-pressure situations and meet deadlines effectively.
