Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore seeks a Manager / Senior Manager to lead strategic project communications for the Medical Tower planning and development. You will shape narratives for internal and external audiences, aligning with NHG Health branding across multiple milestones from groundbreaking to opening.

Responsibilities cover strategy, launch planning, content development, and stakeholder engagement with government, hospital partners, vendors, and residents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related discipline.
• At least 8–10 years in strategic or project communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop phased communications strategy across multi-year programme.
• Experience in project launch or milestone communications and event management.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling across executive materials, media bites, and social content.
• Experience in digital and social media communications with analytics.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Photoshop; video production or editing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management across all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the department's integrated communications strategy across the Medical Tower timeline.
• Plan and manage project launches, milestone ceremonies, and public-facing events with stakeholder coordination.
• Lead content development including speeches, press releases, newsletters, and social media.
• Engage government agencies, healthcare partners, vendors, residents, and staff; manage feedback and communications.
