Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Strategic Communications to lead the narrative around the Medical Tower project. You will shape messaging, develop an integrated plan, and coordinate with the NHG Health communications team to ensure consistent branding and stakeholder alignment.

The role covers content development, digital and social media oversight, stakeholder engagement with government and partners, internal communications, and milestone-driven public

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, public sector, or complex projects.
• Ability to develop and drive a communications strategy with autonomy.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling across formats, including executive materials.
• Experience in digital and social media, content creation, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Photoshop; video production/editing is a plus.
• Experience in media relations or working with a central communications function.

Responsibilities

• Own communications strategy and planning for the Medical Tower project.
• Lead content development across speeches, press releases, newsletters, and decks.
• Oversee digital content and social media content calendar and outputs.
• Plan and execute stakeholder and community engagement with government and partners.
• Drive internal communications to keep leadership and staff aligned.
• Lead events and milestone communications in collaboration with NHG Health and TTSH teams.
