HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency delivering operationally ready solutions for public safety. We are seeking a data‑driven professional to manage budgeting, project portfolios, and performance analytics across HTX programs.

You will consolidate data, run scenarios and present insights to senior management. Experience in budgeting, project management and data analytics, with strong communication and stakeholder skills, is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in budgeting and project management is preferred.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills are required.
• Experience using data analytics tools such as Tableau or Python is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Clause and Gemini is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, analyse and translate business and financial information for HTX and MHA.
• Monitor programmes and KPIs, manage stakeholder expectations and guide capability delivery.
• Plan and refine project management and budget models to improve efficiency.
• Provide secretariat support for HTX Project Management Meetings.
• Handle any other duties assigned to divisional forums.
