About the Role

As the Strategic Program Lead, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our flagship AI program in collaboration with Google and EDB. You’ll lead the design of the program’s commercial model, service offerings, merchant engagement strategy, and rollout plans. Think of it as building a startup within a startup. If you are highly creative, resourceful, unafraid of ambiguity, and eager to challenge the status quo, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design the Program: Define the program structure, pricing strategy, value proposition, and bundled services.
• Build and Launch: Coordinate cross-functional execution to bring the program to life, from internal alignment to go-to-market.
• Drive Merchant Engagement: Develop strategies to attract, onboard and retain merchants. Make them excited to join.
• Own Stakeholder Success: Manage collaboration with Google, EDB, and other strategic partners.
• Measure and Iterate: Track performance metrics and continuously refine the program based on feedback and data.
