Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Planning Executive to plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing activities ensuring on-time delivery and efficient inventory use.

You will develop daily to monthly plans for cable harness lines, monitor capacity and material readiness, and work with Purchasing, Warehouse, ERP/MRP (SAP), and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
• Experience in production planning and material planning
• Cable harness/electronics/EMS exposure preferred
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and forecasts
• Create and maintain production schedules for cable harness lines
• Monitor capacity, manpower, machine availability, and material readiness
• Balance workload across lines to maximize efficiency
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse on shortages and delivery schedules
• Support ERP/MRP transactions and material planning activities
• Monitor daily performance against schedule
• Identify bottlenecks and production constraints
• Coordinate corrective actions with Production, Quality and Engineering
• Update production plans based on actual results
• Monitor WIP, raw material and finished goods inventory
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports
• Monitor KPIs: OTD, Schedule Achievement, Inventory Turnover
• Maintain accurate planning records and ERP data
