Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Site Planning Assistant to partner with the Site Planner in meeting customer and business requirements within the tactical planning horizon. You will plan production against capacity constraints, analyze cycle time and yield drivers, and coordinate execution across GSC, Central Planning, and Site Management to ensure timely commitments.

Leverage MAM, SAP, and Tableau to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or Diploma in relevant engineering field.
• Baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

• On-Time Delivery (OTD) Planning and monitor production schedules.
• Lead cross-functional execution with GSC, Central Planning, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Enhance planning through AI-enabled insights and automation.
