Job summary

AEM Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Buyer to support procurement and supply chain activities for its manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, expediting deliveries, and ensuring material availability to support production and MRP processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP MM and MRP experience, at least 3 years in manufacturing purchasing, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive supplier performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and MRP.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise open purchase orders and expedite deliveries to avoid production delays.
• Proficient in SAP MM for end-to-end purchasing functions.
• Work within MRP systems to align procurement with production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, engineering, and logistics to understand needs.
• Prevent stockouts and mitigate supply risks to maintain continuity.
• Maintain supplier relationships and generate purchasing reports for cost improvements.
