Job summary

Ambition is seeking a highly motivated Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement, sourcing and logistics operations within a dynamic healthcare company. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, governance, supplier management and ensuring an uninterrupted supply of goods and services.

You will build and coach procurement and logistics teams, guide tender processes, manage contracts end-to-end, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong leadership capabilities to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with governance, risk management and process improvement.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and logistics teams to achieve objectives and service excellence.
• Drive tenders, RFQs and RFPs; implement strategic sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle; review, renew and execute contracts.
• Strengthen procurement governance and supplier relationships for uninterrupted supply.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure policies are understood and followed.
• Proactively manage supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain.
• Ensure procurement policies comply with regulatory and organizational requirements.
