• Collaborate with CDA Divisions to understand requirements and formulate procurement approaches.
• Conduct market research and engage suppliers to understand landscape and conditions.
• Conduct sourcing, tendering, evaluation and contract management per government policies and guidelines.
• Guide divisions in contract management and drive process improvements.
